These Terms and Conditions govern your booking with She Only Journeys Together, operated by Lisa Jane Debnam, Queensland, Australia. By completing a booking you agree to these terms in full.

1. Eligibility

She Only Journeys Together is a women-only travel experience. All travellers must identify as women and be at least 30 years of age at the time of travel, unless a different minimum age is stated on the specific trip page. We reserve the right to decline a booking that does not meet these criteria and to issue a full refund of any deposit paid.

2. Booking and Deposit

A place on a journey is secured only when your deposit payment has been received and confirmed. The deposit amount is stated on each trip page. Deposits are non-refundable except as set out in our Cancellation Policy or where required by Australian Consumer Law.

3. Balance Payments

The balance of your trip cost is due by the date stated in your payment schedule. If payment is not received by the due date, She Only Journeys Together reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit. You will be notified in advance of any overdue payment.

4. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are per person based on the occupancy type selected. She Only Journeys Together reserves the right to adjust prices before a booking is confirmed; once your deposit is received, your price is locked.

5. What Is Included and Excluded

The inclusions and exclusions for each journey are listed on the individual trip page. International flights, travel insurance, visas, and personal expenses are excluded unless explicitly stated as included.

6. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travellers. Your policy must cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability. You must provide proof of insurance before departure.

7. Passports and Visas

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and obtaining any required visas. She Only Journeys Together accepts no liability for denied entry or travel disruption caused by passport or visa issues.

8. Health and Fitness

Some journeys involve physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring you are fit and healthy enough to participate. Please disclose any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs at the time of booking.

9. Itinerary Changes

She Only Journeys Together reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, supplier availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always endeavour to provide an equivalent experience and will notify you of any significant changes.

10. Cancellation by She Only Journeys Together

If we cancel a journey due to insufficient numbers or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as flights or accommodation booked independently.

11. Liability

She Only Journeys Together's liability is limited to the total amount paid for your journey. We are not liable for loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
